Calvillo, who is married and has children of her own, is charged with two counts of felony improper relationship with a student. When interviewed by investigators she initially denied having sex with the student, but officials say she later provided additional details about their relationship, including physical contact on two occasions. Woman-boy sex episodes reportedly happened early in the morning at the school.
Court documents show that investigators were called in after the student’s mother found sexually charged conversations between her son and Calvillo on Facebook in October 2012. Calvillo reportedly told investigators with Alief ISD police that her conversations with the student, which she held under a fake name on Facebook, started as simple conversation and turned into “somewhat sexual kind of discussions,” court documents state.

That sex chatting between adult woman and teen boy finally lead to sex, and according to court papers, “…On the morning of September 24, 2012 at around 0645 hours complainant and suspect entered the clinic storage room and engaged in sexual intercourse…while both parties were on the floor of the storage room with various items of clothing removed.”
The student was interviewed by investigators and confirmed the sexual relationship with school nurse.
Calvillo’s bond was set at $20,000 it is unknown whether or not Maria Calvillo is still an employee of Taylor High in Houston.
