33 year old woman rapes 15 year old boy and has his baby

Janelle Denise Goforth, 33-year-old woman from Decatur, Georgia, has been charged with rape after she allegedly had a child with the 15-year-old boy whom she molested.


Goforth, mother of seven, was caught with the youth in April 2011. When confronted, Goforth claimed the teenager said he was 18 years old. At the time victims aunt, who is his legal guardian, informed Goforth about the boys age. She ordered Goforth to stay away from her nephew and hadn’t seen her again until January, when Goforth's mother informed her that the woman was about to give birth and the child's father was her nephew.

The newborn boy is Goforth seventh child. Goforth's mother cares for five of the children and her aunt and uncle were caring for the sixth infant and the newborn baby.
